After three years attempting to run a larger business, I’ve realized the right place for me is in a “lifestyle” practice, where I only take on the amount of work I can manage by myself with just a bit of clerical help. When I am at my office I’m usually face to face with my clients. I have office support Mondays and one other day a week all year and all the week-days in tax season, but outside of that, no one is available to answer your phone call. If you leave a voicemail at (413) 829-4832 it’ll get converted to text and sent to my cellphone.  I also get notification about people trying to schedule on the website’s tool.  (I usually schedule three to six weeks out, and you might want to check my note about weeks I’ll be away.) My retainer clients will have my cellphone number, but I generally prefer email most of the time anyway.

If you email office @ [this domain] you’ll reach the email that I have open all day at work.  It’s as secure as I can make it, so it’s the best one to use when trying to reach me at my desk and/or sending documents that ought not be on mobile devices.  When I have clerical help they also read the Info email, so it’s really the best place to put scheduling questions as well as documents that need to join up with your file.
